On entering the house through the front door you are greeted with a large flag stone hall way leading towards the stair case. On your left is a formal dining room, with seating for 10, traditionally decorated with oak paneling and an open fire. Either enter from the courtyard or via the snug room from the main house. The double height farmhouse kitchen is well appointed with a 4 door AGA with electric hob, dishwasher, double farmhouse sink, and a large kitchen table. Stairs lead up to a TV lounge overlooking the outdoor heated swimming pool. There is an En-suite double bedroom here as well.
Gardens:
The front lawn is great for badminton and croquet and looks south over the Clun Valley. The pool area, looking west catching afternoon and evening sun, is ideal for outdoor dining and BBQ’s, with space to lounge and relax.
